Workplace perks
Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine reports that being socially supported on the job enhances energy and sleep even more than having a close circle of friends outside of work.  So it is important to have office pals, inviting them to lunch to build bonds, and yes, to feel peppier!  Who knew that one would even sleep better with harmony at the office!

Tip for good health!
Research from Tel Aviv University suggests that focusing on  tomorrow can make it easier to be healthy today.  Compared with people who concentrate on the present, those who look to future goals are less apt to overindulge.  So jot down a note, such as "Run a 5K by September!" and keep it in view to stay on target.  It also helps to visualize finishing a race, or the powerful feeling of completing a bike ride.
